iPhone

The iPhone is a multifunctional mobile phone. It is connected to the internet and is operated via a touch screen. The iPhone has many functions that include acting as a camera phone, a media player and text messaging service. Via the Wi-Fi internet connection the phone can also offer email services and internet browsing.

The battery of the iPhone is a built-in rechargeable battery that is not use-replaceable; this is very much like iPods. On average the battery lasts for up to 300 hours on standby, up to ten hours of talk time, up to 24 hours of music time, up to seven hours of video time or up to six hours of web browsing.

The iPhone comes with headphones that incorporate a microphone making them usable in phone conversations as well as for listening to music. The headphones also come with a multifunctional switch which enables the user to play or pause music, skip tracks, answer phone calls and end phone calls.

It is also possible to purchase a wireless Bluetooth earpiece for users that prefer this method of talking to people. Built in to the iPhone is the loudspeaker tool which can be used as a hands free method of communication.

With the iPhone there is the choice of either 8 GB of internal storage or 16 GB of internal storage. There are no memory card slots so the storage cannot be expanded.

The iPhone is a new, state of the art piece of technology that provides users with many services all built into one.
