Habibi Interiors, is a Moroccan Tiles Specialist based in London, England. Habibi Interiors first came to Drabdesign as a result of loosing their much sort after top spot in Google for Moroccan Tiles to a rival company. The problem was the company doing their optimization work had taken on Habibi Interiors opposition as well. In fact they optimize the pages for virtually all the UK based Moroccan Tiles specialist. Drabdesign, however, will only work with one client in any one niche.

When Drabdesign took on Habibi Interiors, they were ranked 3 on Google for Moroccan Tiles and not ranked at all for Tiles. After a month of search engine optimization work, they now rank at the top of their niche and in the top 60 for Tiles.

The first impressions of the site was that it is a nice site. However when it was looked into further it showed how little optimization work had taken place, even though the owners had been paying a high fee for overn2 years.

The first check point was to see how it held up for on page optimization. For this we use Whois Domain Tools and the results were awful. The figures that interest me are the scores for Title, Description and the all important SEO score. In this case 58%, 64% and 88%. After making a few small changes, it now shows 100%, 91% and 100% (see below). I have left the description at 91% because it does give a good summary of the site for search results.

Search engine optimization is not just about the on page stuff, it is as much about off page optimization as well. The other problem with Habibi Interiors was the lack of inbound links. Considering the amount of time they have been paying for optimization I was surprised to find just 116 inbound links. This has now been rectified and Habibi Interiors has nearer a thousand relevant links, many using the term Moroccan Tiles .
