African Safari Club offers Indian Ocean Cruises and Red Sea Cruises aboard the M.S. Royal Star and Nile Cruises aboard the small though luxurious M.S. Da Vinci and M.S. Star of Luxor.

The M.S. Royal Star was built in 1956 and is 5,600 tones and can carry 200 passengers. This cruise ship, in the words of the African Safari Club “has a friendly and intimate atmosphere more akin to a private yacht”. The smaller M.S. Da Vinci (2,466 tons) a 1993, 136 passenger vessel shares the responsibility of cruising the Nile with even smaller 112 passenger M.S. Star of Luxor (2,258 tons), both ships being classed as 5* by the Egyptian Tourist Authority.

The main Indian Ocean Cruises for African Safari Club includes a cruise that takes in the major eastern ports of the east coast of Africa on what is known as the Voyage to the Cape, a cruise between Mombassa and Cape Town. These cruises can be offered in conjunction with Safaris if required. Other offerings include trips with itineraries that sail to the Seychelles, Madagascar or Mauritius.

The Red Sea Cruises visits some of the almost obligatory hotspots of Egypt as well as spending two days in Jordan. While the Nile Cruises offer 5* luxury and are perhaps the best way to visit the Pyramids and other splendours that can be found along the banks of the Nile.
