Getting Credit Cards is so easy these days and can often be completed on-line within 10 minutes. However if you have a poor credit rating you can just as easily get a pre paid debit card, these often include either a monthly fee or a small charger for either buying something or topping up.

With the recent fall in mortgage interest rates, one wonders whether credit cards rates will fall as well?
