CCTV remote monitoring has been available in the market for some 10 years with the potential ability to increase security levels and reduce costs. However because all the essential elements within the system cameras, DVR’s and detectors were sourced off the shelf  and made by different manufacturers it they did not provide truly bespoke systems for individual end users. Most systems where specified and installed focused principally on the commercial aspect i.e. the costs to the customer rather than the quality of the product and the monitoring service that utilises it. Because the potential of remote monitored CCTV was very real a new way of thinking was needed to be applied

The unique systems that have been designed and developed by us have ensured that all the essential elements that are vital in the provision of a high quality, effective and truly customer driven bespoke system are established and maintained.

We  recognised that in terms of the monitoring service that every customers requirements are different, not only in terms of the individual business and premises but in the style they which to adopt and the end result they which to achieve. To ensure that all our customers requirements are met we are the only remote monitoring company to provide real time monitoring as an option, whereby a monitoring officer will be viewing there site continuously during the hours specified. Real time monitoring offers a significant advantage over static guards both in the enhancement of security levels, we can view the whole site all the time, that cannot be distracted or threatened, but also in a significant reduction in cost.

Because of the high quality and uniqueness of all the system elements has a distinct effect on full system price, to offer them for sale direct to our customers may have put us at a commercial disadvantage. We therefore decided that a radical approach was needed  to make DigiGaurd the first choice for end users. The development of a customer package which included all equipment, service and maintenance and the vital monitoring provision rolled into one easily administered monthly payment for the term of the agreement. The package means there is no capital expenditure for the system with only a charge for installation to be met on system commissioning.

DigiGuard because of its real commitment to provide remote monitored CCTV systems that have been individually designed and tailored to meet all the customers requirements rather than tailoring the customers requirements to meet the system abilities will become an industry leader.
